Tumo Product Roadmap 2026
This year, we are focused on strengthening the learning experience, improving operational efficiency across centers, improving product performance and building a more connected ecosystem for students, parents, and staff.
β‘Learning Experience
Learning Path Improvements
π― Students β A clearer, more structured learning experience with more choice for students and less overhead for centers.
We are strengthening the Learning Path experience to better reflect how our centers operate and how students actually learn. This includes improvements to the path algorithm, visual clarity in the interface, and the integration of a more structured onboarding experience. Our goal is to make the path more flexible, easier to understand, and better aligned with operational realities.
TUMO World Student Experience Enhancements
π― Students β A more transparent, flexible student experience: visible progress, easier scheduling, stronger onboarding.
We are enhancing the Tworld experience across Student Schedule, Student Progress, and the Onboarding Stage to give students greater clarity, flexibility, and ownership of their learning journey. Updates to the Student Schedule will introduce absence notifications and increased flexibility for rescheduling and selecting makeup sessions. The Student Progress page will provide clearer visibility into achievements, T.U.M.O. milestones, and what remains to reach the next stages. Improvements to the Onboarding Stage will ensure students receive the right information at the right time, helping them start their journey with confidence, efficiency and direction.
Social Components in Student Experience
π― Students β A more connected student ecosystem where peers collaborate, share, and grow together.
We are introducing social features that allow students to connect with their peers throughout their learning journey. Students will be able to add friends and gradually interact across key areas of the platform, including portfolios, learning paths, and other shared experiences. This initiative will bring a social layer into the product, making learning more collaborative and engaging.
Mobile App for Students
π― Students β Immediate communication and easy access to key actions, wherever students are.
We are introducing a mobile app for students that will serve as a primary communication channel between TUMO and students. The app will enable students to stay connected, receive important updates, and perform key actions directly from their mobile devices.
π₯ Coaches Workshop Leaders
Workshop Experience Platform
π― Workshop leaders - Workshops delivered end-to-end in one platform, with stronger feedback loops.
We are introducing a fully integrated Workshop experience within our platform. Workshop content is now accessible directly to both Workshop Leaders and students, removing dependency on external tools (Google slides-classroom) for core workshop delivery. We enhance the experience to support clearer session structure, and improved feedback between leaders and students. We are also introducing tools that automate administrative tasks during workshop sessions, allowing leaders to focus more on teaching and less on operational work.
Coach Tool
π― Coaches - More informed sessions and less prep β student progress in one unified workspace.
We are introducing the Coach Tool as the primary workspace for coaches. It provides real-time visibility into student progress and highlights where support is needed during learning sessions. Throughout the year, we will continue enhancing the tool to streamline session preparation and reduce administrative work, allowing coaches to focus more on students and less on operational tasks.
π’ Center and Content management
T360 Experience Redesign
π― Staff β A faster, more intuitive T360 that fits how centers actually operate.
We are beginning a phased redesign of the T360 application to improve usability, performance, and alignment with current center operations. The first phase focuses on core operational areas, including student management, scheduling, registration flows, and list-based views. These improvements will modernize the interface, simplify workflows, and address performance issues that impact daily use.
Unified Content Management System (CMS)
π― Staff β One source of truth for content: consistent, reusable, faster to update.
We are introducing a unified Content Management System (CMS) to centralize content across Workshop 2.0, Activity Manager, and AI Activity Manager. This system will provide a single source of truth for content creation, updates, and governance, ensuring consistency across all learning experiences.
πͺ Parent experience
Parent Experience Enhancements
π― Parents β Clearer visibility for parents into their child's progress and development.
We are introducing new features to give parents clearer visibility into their child's learning experience within T.U.M.O. These updates will provide insight into student progress, engagement, and overall development throughout their journey.
